"This Is the Perfect Solution For Beginners, Church Choirs, Singing Groups, Solo Artists, Bands and Students Looking For Free Music Lessons Covering Many Band Instruments!"

I learned how to play piano by ear years ago without any assistance! It all started for me years ago in the small town of Nashville, NC.  We attended a small local church within walking distance of where we lived. After each church service was over I would wait until all the members would leave the sanctuary.

I'd get up on that old piano and bang for hours! Over a period of time, I found myself learning to play song after song without any assistance!

I taught myself to play piano, bass and guitar by the time I was 20, devoting countless hours of my time to learning to play piano to virtually anything I heard.

I am a living witness that you can learn to play piano by ear without formal training. I did it by experimentation and practice.... lots of practice. Learning to play by ear is just a matter of learning to play what you hear from memory.

In this article, I am revealing resources that can speed up your learning process and help you learn to play piano, guitar, drums or any other musical instrument in 1/3 the time.

Question: How is this possible?

Musicians all over the world who play by ear know that the answer is really simple!

Answer: Watch a professional piano teacher or other musician play and perform demonstrations on video.

Answer: Make sure the video footage is up close and personal, revealing all hand and foot movements!

Answer: Watch and learn the piano chords and tricks as demonstrated and don't stop until you can duplicate them yourself!

Answer: After that, you Practice... Practice... and then Practice some more!!

*Watching close up footage of a professional musician playing an instrument is the fastest way to learn period!*

Over a period of time you'll be able to store hundreds or even thousands of songs in your memory bank, the same way you store other information such as phone numbers, addresses, poems, the Lord's Prayer, etc.

As you practice, you will began to notice certain patterns associated with a song's structure.

You will notice that certain parts of a song repeat themselves almost identical throughout the song.

There is usually a change at the bridge or hook of a song which is followed by a turnaround chord. This turnaround chord brings the song back to the chorus.

Most people can learn to play music at a fast pace by simply following a regular practice routine of 30 to 60 minutes a day.

Access to free and low cost tutoring resource wasn't available when I was growing up in the 1960s. Today, student pay $100 to $200 per month for piano and other band related lessons.

Most teachers charge fees ranging from $25 to $30 per 1/2 hour session.

Gas prices are around $3.79 per gallon these days. How much in additional money will a student spend just to get to a teacher?

There is a video titled "The Gold Mine Of Free Piano Lesson Resources On The Web!"

Warrenton, NC (PRWEB) March 29, 2006 -- Religitech Records, a new Christian label located in Warrenton, NC, announces the release date of two new Audio Books titled "How To Write Your Way Out Of Poverty," and "Unlocking Your Potential To Create Unlimited Wealth."

These two Audio Books were written by Bernette Williams, (CEO of Religitech Records), to encourage new writers to pursue and develop their writing skills. Both books offer tips and examples of how to turn ideas into sources of income. They will be available on line at Religitech Records and at CD Baby on April 10, 2006.

"Some people have no idea that things they learn and go through in life may be interesting and valuable to others. Even simple rhymes, poetry, jokes, dreams, visions and songs can be worth $$$ if developed, packaged and promoted correctly. Everyone has a hidden treasure inside of them that should be developed and harvested," says Williams.

Williams wrote a gospel song titled "I Wanna Go Back With You To Glory," several years ago and gave gospel recording artist "Luther Barnes," permission to record it.

Several years later, Atlanta International Records sent him a check for $1500 for royalties on that same song.

"$1500 for a few words that only took a few minutes to write is a lot of money. I would have earned more if more copies of the album were sold," says Williams.

Royalties totaled over $6,000.00 with AIR receiving 1/2 or $3000 for publishing the song and selling approximately 80,000 copies. The other $3000 was split between Barnes and Williams.

If that one song had gone gold, (selling over 500,000 units), he would have made over $10,000.

If the album had gone platinum, (selling 1,000,000 copies), he would have earned over $20,000. That would have been a nice check for one song that took less than 20 minutes to write.

"I have written a lot of songs since then but never really saw how powerful and valuable our words on paper could be until I received that $1500 check in the mail. Imagine what I would have earned if I had placed 100 of my songs on albums selling in large quantities," adds Williams.

The public can hear free samples of songs and inspirational stories written by Williams online at CD Baby and at Religitech Records.

Religitech is a small Christian Record Label created by Williams to produce and promote his material along with other local unknown gospel comedians, gospel artists, comedy play/ skit writers and local inspirational authors.

For some people, the thought of piano lessons conjures up childhood memories of going to weekly lessons and endless hours of boredom practicing the basics. For other people who are considering enrolling their own children in piano lessons, the logistics of taking kids to lessons and the expense involved may seem overwhelming. Adults who have always wished they could play the piano might feel silly signing up with an instructor who mainly teaches children.

Thankfully, as times have changed, so have the ways in which piano lessons are taught. In addition to traditional piano lessons, there are online piano lessons and even piano lessons by ear on DVDs. For many people, learning to play piano by ear is an incredibly enriching and rewarding experience. Not only can they play piano for their own enjoyment, but they can also learn the chord progressions necessary to tackle jazz piano, gospel piano, and even contemporary music.

There are many advantages to buying a piano course on DVDs, the most obvious of which is that you can literally save thousands of dollars on piano lessons. Moreover, you don't have to carve out the time to go to an instructor every week, or deal with the logistical hassles of taking kids too and from piano lessons. With DVDs, you can take the lessons at your own pace and at whatever time is most convenient for you.

If you're considering buying a piano course on DVD, it's important to select the right one. You should, for example, choose a course that will provide you with a year's worth of piano lessons. Similarly, one of the factors you should consider is how accessible the lessons are to the novice. Music theory, for instance, should be explained in terms that are easy for both children and adults to understand. Terms that should be covered include the circle of 5ths, scale degrees, chord construction, chord families, chord inversions, chord alteration, harmonic direction, and ear-theory principles.

Of course, playing the piano is more than music theory. The DVD set you choose should feature an instructor who has years of experience both teaching and playing the piano. Because the process of learning to read music can be an obstacle to those who would otherwise enjoy learning to play the piano, the lessons you choose should teach you how to play by ear by using hundreds of chording techniques.

If you select the right DVD set, and practice for a half hour each day, by the end of three months you should be able to play chord progressions, master the major scales, and understand how most songs are arranged. You should also be able to play in a variety of musical styles, such as contemporary gospel, jazz, blues, country, pop, and ballads.

Learning to play the piano doesn't have to be a difficult process; indeed, it can be filled with enthusiasm and excitement. You just have to find the right piano lessons by ear on DVDs and let the music flow!
